Instruction
you should observe 4 or 5 other restaurants (including your cousin’s) and look at collected data from the restaurant managers or owners. Then you could use this as a quality improvement study using the six-sigma technique. The restaurant what I told him about for my cousin in Saudi Arabia. And he need a survey other 4 restaurant in bowling green KY like Chipotle, five guys, Mac, taco bill and apple bees. A good questionnaire should have around 10-15 questions.
