It is most likely a File Customer is an Entity, not a Process – put square corners on the box Other Banks is an Entity, not a Process – put square corners on the box

  • hello i just received some comments about the project in number 2 data flow diagram there is two circles in customers it must be 6 different things also in number 3 traditional flow chart diagram you should choose just one thine and write 6 steps please fix it as soon as you can because i have to send it to the professor thanks
