In the interest of appraising various teaching and learning theories, the student will attend two self-arranged teaching/learning opportunities. Drawing from those observations, the student will compare and contrast the two observations in the context of teaching and learning theories (you can’t write about all of them so be selective!). The education settings may include any place where people gather, from a pulpit to a rock concert to a traditional classroom, and anywhere in between. The student should choose settings that provide ample opportunity for comparison and be certain to obtain permission from the instructor ahead of time.

First one was a self-defense class (martial arts) and the other class was a traditional class in history. use the 1st person in this paper to include reflections and personal narrative.
