Instruction
• Exhibition Narrative – elaboration of the idea in two to three pages. This is where you really articulate the main points in show, mention key objects or artists, how it ties into the mission of the Walsh Gallery and why your idea matters. What do you hope visitors will learn from this exhibition? Describe any collaborators and what their role in facilitating this exhibition will be. Everything in the exhibition should contribute to the story you’re sharing with your audience. Make sure your group knows the main idea of the exhibitions; the major themes and how they relate to the main idea; and how each object relates to a theme and, of course, to the main idea.
• Programs – describe what programming will accompany the exhibition as well as who will facilitate and participate in these programs. Discuss what the programs will articulate to attendees and where/when they will take place. How many patrons will these programs serve? One page maximum. Also, Add visual thinking strategies.
