Please answer the following 2 questions based off the simulation results which I have attached. You can also research online, to show you have under standing. 1. What increased the effectiveness of the use of the scorecard and what hindered it? . 2. Explain the financial (lagging indicators) metrics for determining the success/failure of your chosen strategy. Are you seeing the results you expected? This is the strategy I chose below For our company to be successful, we need to increase stock prices by having sustainable products; increased revenue; customer loyalty program; work with suppliers who will give us best prices; reduce production lines but run efficiently; specialize in a handful of products and get rid of having too many. We need to educate employees on the BSC and what the vision of the company is.
