student post: I appreciate the way people work in the factory Fast Cap. Lot of things to learn from this tour, for instance, I was so impressed that how dedicated and motivated the people are seen. They are very enthusiastic and indeed as it is told in the video it really is the best place to work. Employee get job satisfaction, they enjoy working here and they don’t seem to be tired. Impressive to see smiling faces everywhere even in the engineering section where the engineers are seen handling the complex jobs. Lean manufacturing has made the processes and the workflow so simple that long and deep aisles are being managed efficiently by a single person. I was also very much impressed to see a device handled by the machine which moves so swiftly among the shelves and efficiently loads and unloads packets so easily. I have never seen something in real life which is managing so much complex job of handling the huge packets with exceptional ease.
