Your company is looking to create an intranet. You have been assigned the task of researching and making recommendations for a prototype. Research intranets in general. Your research should include a company that is using an Intranet. Examples could be your company or Davenport and review the content accessible on the intranet. Write a paper in APA format: Report on your intranet research and the company you chose. If possible, include a screen capture of the corporation’s, which you researched, intranet home page. Summarize with considerations, recommendations and, or tips that should be followed when launching an intranet. Provide examples of how the organization’s intranet is promoting communication. Provide suggestions on what could be added in order to promote communication with the employees (example social media, IM, blogs, emails etc). Be creative on what could be added. Submit your paper as a word document in APA format with an introduction, body, and a conclusion. This is a research based paper so that information gathered from research should be cited. There should be a separate reference page. The paper must include a minimum of 3 references for research and be a minimum of 3 pages in length (not including the title and reference pages).
