Research real-life disasters that have occurred because of software errors. Select a company or a project and address the following. Describe the company and the disaster (was it design, planning, implementation or other). Provide as many specific details as available. Describe what caused the problem, when it occurred, and what the outcome was. Reflect on how the problem could have been avoided based on what you have learned in applying the software development lifecycle methodology. Submit your paper as a word document in APA format with an introduction, body, and a conclusion. This is a research based paper so that information gathered from research should be cited. There should be a separate reference page. The paper must include a minimum of 3 references for research and be a minimum of 3 pages in length (not including the title and reference pages).
