The paper for week 2 is to research the challenges of HR departments, problems of hiring, how individuals "fluff" their resumes and what you plan to look for whenever you are tasked with the recruiting, hiring and training process.  The paper must be APA format, 3 pages in length, Times New Roman font, 12 pitch, 1 inch margins and should have the same spacing between paragraphs as it does sentences.  You should save it as a Word document as such:  You must find 4 current articles (within 5 years) and write a MINIMUM 3 page paper on the challenges of finding and hiring qualified individuals  This paper must contain a separate Citation page which contains at least 5 sources of information.  This paper must be in APA format, Times New Roman font, 12 pitch, double spaced with one inch margins and no title page
