Marvin Wilke- Senior Production Control Planner, Thales Group (Production Management) will be our guest speaker. Your assignment is to ask Marvin one question and write down his response. In your paper, I want you to include the question and his answer (20%). This is to be a question YOU personally asked. After listening to the discussion in class and asking Marvin Wilke a question, go into the Shepherd Library on-line and research Production Management and Controlling Production and go into Google and find several articles. You must find 5 current articles (within 5 years) and write a MINIMUM 4 page paper on what production management is, how it is controlled and how the poor performance of production controls affects both the retailer and the consumer. This paper must contain a separate Citation page which contains at least 5 sources of information. This paper must be in APA format, Times New Roman font, 12 pitch, double spaced with one inch margins and no title page. My question to him was - About what percentage of your sales are military related? His answer was roughly 55%
