In an effort to recognize the strengths AND biases that you bring to the assessment and treatment of child abuse, please answer the following questions: (East Africa families ) 1) Do you have a history with the Child Welfare Services system? Do you have a history of child abuse? What are the advantages and disadvantages to having those experiences while working in the system?
