Instruction
A foundation (also a charitable foundation) is a legal category of nonprofit organization that will typically either donate funds and support to other organizations, or provide the source of funding for its own charitable purposes. After listening to the discussion in class go into the Shepherd Library on-line and research non-profit foundations. You must find 2 current articles (within 5 years) and write a MINIMUM 5 page paper on how the foundations work, who they benefit, fraud and abuse associated with foundations, how much of each dollar is spent on the actual foundational cause and how much is spent on administration. Additionally, what is your opinion of non-profit foundations overall. This paper must contain a separate Citation page which contains at least 3 sources of information. Read these articles: http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/irs-opens-investigation-into-clinton-foundation-activities/article/2597857 https://nonprofitquarterly.org/2017/01/09/trump-foundation-investigation-lessons-nonprofits/ This paper must be in APA format, Times New Roman font, 12 pitch, double spaced with one inch margins and no title page
