This assignment is designed to encourage independent research into issues of developmental education, and get students into the first stages of developing a topic of interest for the Final Research Paper. You need to select a scholarly (peer-reviewed) article to review. An article review should include, the title of the article, the journal (or other publication) it’s from, the author, a summary of its contents, and a brief critique (i.e. what is good or bad about the content, format, and/or the author’s writing and why). NOTE: Critiques are different from reflections. Do NOT include your personal reflections (in other words, do not associate it with your personal experience) in the article review. This paper should be 4 to 5 pages (excluding title and reference pages; abstracts are not necessary), taking more if needed. Use APA format. due before 12:00 pm
