Three Part Assignment, For my topic, I chose to search about the chronic disease effects on the health care delivery system and if we can provide ways to lessen that to improve our health care cost system. 1. The first part is a description of the problem. In a minimum of two full double-spaced pages (excluding titles, illustrations, and references) and a maximum of three pages, write a short description of the issue. That description should include at a minimum: a description of the issue, why it is important in health care management, and how it can impact your work as a health care manager. ( I need this part by Saturday February 24th) 2. The second part is a description of at least two (2) alternative approaches to address the problem or issue in a paper of a minimum of two full double-spaced pages (excluding titles, illustrations, and references) and a maximum of three pages. You should add this part to the first section you submitted as a combined document of approximately 4-5 pages in length (excluding titles, illustrations, and references). 3. The final part of the paper combines the first two elements and includes your recommendation for addressing the issue (selected from the two presented in your part two paper) – with a detailed discussion of your rationale. In a paper of a minimum of two full double-spaced pages (excluding titles, illustrations, and references) and a maximum of three pages. As before, you should add this part to the first two sections you submitted as a combined document of approximately 6-7 pages in length (excluding titles, illustrations, and references). Both parts 2 and 3 are due on March 1st so you have time to do these later I just need part one for now but I will pay you for all parts. If you are able to do all three parts by Saturday, I will take that. All papers submitted shall be double spaced, of the specified length, times new roman, twelve (12) point font. Do not add extra lines between paragraphs. Your name must be included or I will not accept the paper. Please turn each paper in to Blackboard. In total, among the three papers, you must use between 4-6 references not including your text. You will not receive credit for any references over six, but you will lose points for any references fewer than four (not including the text). You must cite in the body of your paper per APA guidelines where appropriate.
