NURSING CARE PLAN You will need to be able to do nursing diagnosis for this assignment

Instruction
I will be uploading a care plan template that needs to be completed for nursing school. You will need to fill in the boxes with information i have so far based on the patient, whatever information i don't have just make up whatever you can that makes sense with the patients condition and situation. Please feel free to ask me anything. I obviously do not have every information needed but go based off of what i provided and make up anything else that you need. INFORMATION: It is a pediatric patient. He is an 11 year old hispanic male. His vital signs are Temp: 99.1F (oral), Pulse: 107 (apical), Respiration: 20, BP: 114/73 (Lying position), Pulse Ox: 94 (room air). Patient has no pain currently. His skin is normal for his ethnicity. He has no known allergies. Patients' chief complaint was abdominal pain and vomiting since 2/23/18. He vomited over 12x before admission. He visited his PMD in the morning of 2/24/2018 and was then advised to the ER. The ER then admitted him to the pediatric unit because he had suspected acute appendicitis. Following the diagnosis, they did a laparoscopic appendectomy. Post operatively, he was placed on a full liquid diet and is titled to use an incentive spirometer 10x every 1 hour during the day while awake. Patient is at risk for infection, fall risk, and acute pain control management.

  • the care plan needs way more information. like i said the information i provided may not be enough so according to his condition you may create some stuff. You need to write way more in the boxes and the nursing diagnosis is wrong. The boxes where you need to state at least 2 diagnosis has to be more broad. please look up examples of nursing diagnosis and the patient is not at risk for anorexia by the way.
