I need a teaching plan completed based on a teaching i did and will describe.

Date Posted: 07/03/2018
Category: Health Care
Due Date: 08/03/2018
Instruction
**Evaluate your project describing the effectiveness of teaching methods and aids, learner’s response, ability to meet objectives, and self-evaluation including what the student learned and what the student would do differently in the future. This write-up should be 2-3 pages.** HERE IS WHAT THE TEACHING WAS: During my clinical at white memorial hospital as a student nurse, i was in the pediatric unit and had one 11 year old male patient. I was required to provide teaching to the patient regarding the use of an INCENTIVES SPIROMETER following a surgery he had. I described to him the use of that tool, why it is helpful, what it is primarily used for and why and how to operate it as well. The teaching went well and he was very understanding and cooperative of it. SO according to the information i provided above just write a brief 2 page reflection on how the teaching went as a student nurses perspective. *******you may also have to include the patients diagnosis which is: acute appendicitis, following the diagnosis the patient had a laparoscopic appendectomy which is the primary reason why the patient was operating an incentive spirometer.******
