"""""""""""""PART 2""""""""""""""" Respond to students comment:During my years in the US Army, I received Award Certificates, promotions, and the ability to perform physical training by myself in return for successfully performing my duties. All of them were stimuli for me because not only made me confident in myself and allowed me to be recognized among my peers. The awards make me feel secure that my work is appreciated by my supervisors.

(Paid time off, for example, would be a type of monetary reward.)
I would award him a Certificate of Achievement for hard work and dedication that would be publicly handed during a department meeting for the specific responsibilities and goals that were met. Additionally, I would give him some time off to let him know I valued his time due to the long hours spent on the project. I would also ask him to become a project leader on different other assignments to see if he is ready for the next level of responsibility. So, I would set him up for training and guide him in a supervisory position that could bring him not only additional rewards but also monetary recompenses.
