You do not need an abstract. Follow APA conventions Citations and references should be formatted according to APA conventions.   • Sometimes, the providers place a set of orders for a certain patient, you gather the medication or supplies needed for their administration and at the bedside, you discover that the orders have been changed or discontinued without notifying you. receiving calls in the middle of dressing changes or medication administration is distracting and risky. So many things that frustrate nurses at work. ugh
