Well... It's hours into the next day and the work still hasn't been posted. I can only assume that you were going to post the work on the 17th before midnight. It's now 1:47am EST with no work to show. It's past the due date. When am I going to see the work?

Please I am really sorry for I only managed to complete the first part of the assignment. This has been cause by the issues I had reported to you earlier. Please if possible you can extend the deadline for another one day and I would be able to complete it, but for now, you may not pay for the completed part. That's unacceptable!! I need that work now. As a matter of fact, I needed it yesterday when it was due!! You were willing to complete it in 8 hours, but I guess decided to take your time since I lowered the bid amount. Regardless of the amount, you still took the bid and knew you had a deadline. At some point when you realized you were having problems, you should have made other arrangements to get it done. Instead, you want me to now pay you for late, incomplete work??? There's no way. I'm not how you believe that's a way to conduct business, but it's not. If you want to get paid, you will give me all that I asked for by 2pm EST.

I understand you are not happy with what happened but please it was not my fault and as you say, I willingly accepted the bid and I did not expect this. Please I am not in a position to complete the other part of the assignment. Please I do not have issues with the payment, just assign a different tutor to complete it and pay him or her the full payment. I really apologize for this.
