Fix SWOT and add scorecard to the attached file.

Date Posted: 05/04/2018
Category: Health Care
Due Date: 07/04/2018
Instruction
I need to fix this assignment and add a scorecard to it. The parts that needs to be fixed are the parts beginning from the SWOT and down. I will add a note from my instructor of why my SWOT needs to be fixed. Please make sure you fix that and then do the scorecard. First note " It appears that you have a few of the concepts but it is very hard to follow your thoughts on this. In looking t your SWOT, you should be identifying opportunities that you can then put goals and action items around. For example. you list drugstore.com, but I have no idea what the opportunity is? Is it purchase of the site, is it partnership? Take that one opportunity and identify the specific goals to accomplish that. Then identify each specific action to meet your goal, then identify specifically who is the person driving that and responsible. Then identify what timeline they are under and last, how would you measure the performance?" The goal of this assignment is to create a scorecard for your case study and is the fifth step in your strategic management portfolio. While the scorecard is just one part of a portfolio, it provides a communication and measurement tool to help the company or organization being studied monitor and maintain their strategic plan. When you submit this assignment, you will add the Scorecard to the Action items and Strategic Analysis, Competitive Advantage, SWOT analysis, and Values, Mission and Vision Statements you submitted earlier for a combined product. You can also make any changes to the previous assignments for a chance to get some work re-graded and improve it along the way! Please make sure to submit amended work under its original submission tab to prompt a regrade.

Good day, I checked the new work you have posted, and would like to work on it. I'm an experienced scholar, currently pursuing my PhD and am pretty comfortable with these topics. With more than 5000 projects done, I'm very comfortable with any kind of formatting or referencing style. I have online access to several paid websites like wiley, pubs, scifinder, sciencedirect etc, and so I make sure You get only good journals and peer reviewed references. Looking forward to your reply; also if there are additional instructions etc, please do let me know. Thank you
