it's been said that the U.S. has a 'non-system or patchwork' of Healthcare Services that are not serving our publics well, and that are overly expensive. Please provide your research and reflection on that statement pertaining to "Why" we have evolved to that state as various Social, Economic, or Political Exigencies have taken root in our system, and further "How" our tremendous abilities in Research, Technology, Care Models, Organizational Structures, and Financing (pick at least 3) may have moved us forward, or have not yet put us where we think we should be.
