(Strategic Portfolio)+ Portfolio Presentation+ answer the questions founded in on of the attached files Follow instructor notes to fix SWOT and everything else. This is my third time asking for help to fix my paper if you can't fix it and follow the instructions please don't bid. Put everything together and submit it as one document. Instructor Notes for the portfolio assignment : Please review the meaning of the assignment. I did not see a value nor a link to the greatest strength. Also, had spelling errors. Need to make revisions, along with the SWOT feedback. Please review the rubric and description of the assignment. It appears that you have a few of the concepts but it is very hard to follow your thoughts on this. In looking t your SWOT, you should be identifying opportunities that you can then put goals and action items around. For example. you list drugstore.com, but I have no idea what the opportunity is? Is it purchase of the site, is it partnership? Take that one opportunity and identify the specific goals to accomplish that. Then identify each specific action to meet your goal, then identify specifically who is the person driving that and responsible. Then identify what timeline they are under and last, how would you measure the performance? Presentation: (Remember, this is a professional presentation. That means you should use professional language, and address only the main points from each component of your strategic portfolio as it pertains to your case. You may not use a PPT. You may use a Prezi (keep it professional), Quicktime movie, or create a YouTube or iMovie. You will play this in class and then be available to answer questions from the audience!)

Your SWOT needs to be in a table, go online and you will see some examples. I have also attached the rubric, looks like you need a few more weakness, etc...
