You have been tasked by the World Bank to try and help a country escape the cycle of poverty in which it has been trapped. Your choices of countries are Bolivia, Haiti, Liberia, Malawi, Nepal, and Papua New Guinea. You need to provide some historical and demographic details about your country. To establish the degree of poverty you need to provide data on GDP, unemployment and any other leading indicators you can find. Explain to the best of your ability why this country is poor and what is keeping it that way. The majority of the paper should be focused on your recommendations to change the country’s course. Explain how your suggestions are expected to impact the major economic indicators. Also you must analyze what traditional policies and data might be missing in measures of your country’s well being.This must be specific to your country. Three sources.
