Choose 3 from any of the chapters discussed in class (chapter 2, 3, 4, 5,6,9,10,11 and 16)and DO the actual assessments... You don't HAVE to include your actual results (but if you want you can appendix them). After you've done that, answer the questions in the assignment... - Discuss your results & what it means (Application - Your development plan for the future (Plan) - Your limitations based on your findings and the course (Reflection) Please read the instruction uploaded in the word file

Hello. I have checked the book. But I don't seem to understand what you mean by "self-assessments" at the end of every chapter. What exactly at the end of every chapter are you calling "self-assessments"? Because I am seeing questions, situations, questionnaires and I do not know which one you are referring o.   • Of course, I read the word file. However, all chapters do not have the "assessment" Mentioned in the instructions. some chapters have "CASES" at the end. Some have "SITUATIONS" at the ed. Some have Questionnaires and it is not clear what you are referring to as assessments. Furthermore, looking at the nature of this assignment, from the instructions, it needs reading the chapters that have to be used and also going through the clas materials to be able to do this assignment. This being the case, the assignment needs a lot of time. And some of the so-called assessments ta the end of chapters are many and involving. they cannot be done within a short period of time.

The first part is about my analysis of the three exercises, while the 2nd part is about applying the leadership concepts.
