Performance evaluation is one activity that many managers hate and are not comfortable with. so this is a learning experience. It should be written up as a FORMAL document like case write-ups, project reports, etc., I will not accepted if the evaluation has a couple of generic sentences. Please write peer evaluation of the respective contributions and the value added by other members. This peer review may consider criteria such as attendance at any meetings, adherence to team deadlines, individual initiative and creative input, contributions to data collection/analysis/recommendations, communication/sharing with other members, contribution to the team presentation, contribution to the written report, and overall contribution. Please write down specific examples of good behaviors/contributions (or lack thereof). Group members are Robert, Ana, Jake, Minna, and Mike. you can randomly select the behavior for each person.
