HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS OF CHANGES ---I think another strategy or change would be to test a few other appraisal tools so that leadership styles all over the world are able to accept and also join in. The company did not think that Germany or France would accept there current T-PAD tool found on page . Another strategy could be to train employees on how be able to work with different leadership styles. A "chameleon" employee is definitely a great assest to a company becaue they are able to work with a variety of people which is always good. These are my two proposal for strategies or changes.
