Be sure in your paper you have addressed the topic, addressed how the topic impacts HRM, and addressed any recent updates to the topic. Think of this as the Senior VP of Human Resource Management at your employer asked you to research this current topic to report back to them on the current news related to the topic, its impact on HRM, how HRM may respond to the topic, and any other recent updates on the topic. HR Departments need to stay abreast of current topics and be able to diagnose when and when it is necessary or not necessary to respond to them. In terms of formatting your paper, text you write yourself should be formatted in red or blue font - text you bring into your paper through summarizing, paraphrasing, or copying needs to be in black font.
