Additionally, the paper must contain a separate title page and a separate (alphabetical by author) works cited / bibliography page. The separate title page and the works cited/bibliography pages do NOT count when determining the 7 - 10 page (minimum - maximum) requirement. the paper should be submitted in 12 point type, double spaced, and all formal rules of English Grammar and Composition must be followed -- i.e. indentation, capitalization, spelling, grammar and usage, sentence and paragraph structure. A minimum of five (5) scholarly sources and fifteen (15) citations are expected. Citations must comport with an approved 'form and style' of citation; therefore, parenthetical citations, or footnotes, or endnotes (as the case may be) are required in the body of the paper using EITHER the Modern Language Association (MLA) Formatting and Style Guide OR the Uniform System of Legal Citation - the Bluebook. Also, here is a Basic Legal Citation guide, courtesy of Peter W. Martin of the Legal Information Institute, at Cornell Law School. POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR THESE ERRORS.
