Give a few Top good reasons: The number one reason I found is : 1. A large number of members leave because their time and talents were not needed or valued. Give a example: 2. Some members do not have enough time to commit to CAP because of work or other commitments. -The belong to other organizations - They have family commitments -They have work commitments - They are retired from the workforce and spending time with grand kids and traveling. - Some may have went back to college. They are just busy. People are busier today than 20 years ago. Its just the nature of how our world works right now. They are just busy So what can we do as team members to keep them? WE need to retain our Senior Members. This task should be a A PowerPoint presentation. No more than 5 slides. Good Graphics.
