Do not use the promot questions as headlines and divide the paper up. Instead, make a clear argument and organize your entire paper around it. Think of it like making a legal argument as a lawyer. Your intro is your opening statement and everything that follows connects to your argument so that you can prove it—or persuade the reader. You also need to think more about historical context. What was possible, in the time and place?
