First, put the names before the titles in the To/From section.Do not double-space a memo. do not right-justify the memo. You have single nouns (customer, employee) with plural pronouns (they or their) throughout this document. The wording should read "the impact," not "impacts." Do not treat your paragraphs like bullet points. You are asking permission to conduct research, not reporting on research already complete. Remove the articles and their abstracts from the secondary research section. That information belongs in WA#4, not 3. The quote "that is the way the works" makes no sense. Your conclusion is only two sentences long. Nice start.
