You will need to write your own nursing philosophy using the four nursing paradigms. You may use resources to assist you in creating your philosophy but this is your own philosophy and should reflect your thoughts ideas and expectations for nursing. My Nursing Philosophy My Nursing Philosophy A paragraph is at least 3 to 5 sentences. This is the introduction but you do not have to repeat this, just put the title of your paper in the center of this page. The introduction should tell the reader what they can expect to find in the body of their paper. Ie: Included in the body of this paper will be a discussion of my nursing philosophy. The four paradigms of nursing will be identified as well as elements of accountability and responsibility as they relate to nursing judgments, decisions, and actions. Assigning and delegation of nursing tasks with at least 3 parts of ethical obligations and moral contributions to nursing will be examined. I will also share elements of personal responsibility to the healthcare environment which promote quality care for patients. Paradigm of Health Find internet reference for the paradigms and give a definition of HEALTH paradigm. In each paradigm will need to discuss 3 elements of that paradigm. Please give your thoughts about these principles as this is your philosophy based on topics listed in the rubric. Paradigm of Nursing Discuss this topic with at least 4 elements of this paradigm Paradigm of Environment Same content as other paragraphs Paradigm of Client/Person Discuss this paradigm and least 4 elements of this paradigm Accountability and Responsibility Use rubric to guide you in this sub-title.
