  • Hi, sorry to bother you but I read the paper you gave me and it was way over the top as if I was a doctor. I'm a RN student who is learning how to do assessments. That's why I turned it in for help 3 weeks before due date. I did release payment because I've never had to proof read papers that I needed help with but this one I did to help another classmate as well. It's our job to get this information, therefore it cant say; essential subjective data remained uncovered or little emphasis was made on anything?

  • subjective is patient history and what they tell you, objective is what you see: like skin assessment hot/cold/color/lumps/bumps etc..., BP, O2 stat, temp. RR. you have this as objective and he managed to see his physician on a yearly basis for a physical checkup and the last time was July 2017. He is currently scheduled for September 2018. While in his childhood, he never needed any corrective lenses. However, for the last ten years has needed corrective lenses for assisted reading? No disrespect, I don't think you understand this paper like the others
