  • Three things I see so far but I'm at work looking on my phone,, You talk in the paper as if you were interviewing yourself (1st person) for example instead of saying " I have brown eyes" it should be " patient stated, she had brown eyes" see what I mean? The other thing I saw is this is supposed to be a patient over the age of 60 so they have health problems to talk about and is there anyway for you to change your list into paragraph form? for example age, sex, height, weight?

  • my classmates said the same thing I did the first time, I don't think we can list anything, it has to be in paragraph form. For ex: age name sex etc..   • I talked to my professor today, she said everything has to be in paragraph form so page 2 3 4 are wrong. I sent the rubric with the assignment. I also have a sample paper to go by but don't know how to load something else to you. The nursing diagnosis can come from nursing labs website. It starts as the diagnosis, R/T ( related to ), AEB ( as evidence by). one of the nursing diagnoses has to be knowledge deficit. The other two have to be something that matches what she said was wrong with her. How can I send you the sample paper?

  • found it and attached the sample paper. We need at least 3 references because we have to support the interventions and the rationales behind them. If you don't have the time to fix them or don't want to, I'll have to lower my price for the paper when I only have three days left to turn it in and have to re-due mostly the whole thing. This is why I always supply a rubric!
