2. Read an article of your choice on www.bioethics.net. Explain the article, then summarize the conflicting values that make this an ethical dilemma.
3. Read Case Scenario 9 on page 224 of the text, then answer the questions below the case.
- Could Janet have handled the identification of the faulty equipment in any other way?
-What liability prevention strategies are available for Janet?
-For the supervisor?

4. Search the Internet and identify a legal case or disciplinary action that has been taken against a healthcare provider of your choosing (RN, RT, MD, etc.).
