I need a 5 to 7 slides power point from my MBA business class and a word document of the audio that will be placed on the slides. The word document should be at least 5 minutes in speaking length (i will add the audio base off of your word document). Total of 5 slides with a word document with 5 minutes of information.

Date Posted: 01/09/2018
Category: Business
Due Date: 02/09/2018
Instruction
This is a MBA class and the powerpoint and word document should be written as such. Do not just copy and paste information from the article. You must select a peer reviewed article that discusses Strategic Communication within organizations. Then you are to create a powerpoint of relevant information about the topic. ( do not put tons of information one slide ( 3 points per slide is fine). The majority of the information should be included in the word document. Please use citation from the article throughout the powerpoint. I will be adding my own audio base off of your word document so please make sure it is written so I can speak it easily. All instructions have been uploaded please FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS. If you can not write at a MBS level please do not bid, this teacher is very difficult in grading.

    PHDGENIOUSWRITER | Sep 03, 2018, 05:34 AM
  • (New first paragraph)The authors aimed at contributing to the discussion concerning the current position and the future directions of strategic communication, by looking into the past and offering some proposals and a vision of how to develop and advance the field further. The term strategic communication has been defined as the study of how organizations use communication in order to achieve their results (Mats et al, 2018). Strategic communication seeks to precisely identify the nature of topic to be addressed and the classification of aspects of the topic. A guided policy and coherent actions are applied to every aspect of the topic with an aim of attaining the best solution to the identified challenge. The authors imply that situational knowledge and goal setting skills are paramount when strategic communication is needed.
    PHDGENIOUSWRITER | Sep 03, 2018, 05:36 AM
  • (new second paragraph) The fundamental idea of strategic communication is inclusive and aim at creating a unifying framework that integrates public relations, organizational communications, marketing communication and other areas. The aim of the message is to guide a positive behavior change among the staff and stake holders and drive the organization towards achieving its set goals. Research in strategic communication has mostly focused on communication professionals working in communication department or agencies as primary agents of communication. However, this reflects a limited comprehension of organizations. The article addresses the need to focus not only on communicators, but also on managers and co-workers as key actors when trying to understand and theorize the practice of strategic management (Mats et al, 2018).
    PHDGENIOUSWRITER | Sep 03, 2018, 05:37 AM
  • (Third paragraph start this way) The authors emphasize the importance of a communication perspective on organizations, and specifically proclaim the use of communicative constitution of organizations’ perspective. They hold the view that the audience should be clustered according the desired goal. Prior to the message construction, a guiding plan should be laid to evaluate the change in attitude after message delivery. Message development should ensure that every group gets the appropriate message and an effective channel to be used is chosen and tested. They reflect upon the use of strategy and criticize the modernist use of strategy in much current research.
    PHDGENIOUSWRITER | Sep 03, 2018, 05:42 AM
  • (Third paragraph continues) There is a strong focus on managers and coworkers and their communication, in line with the shift from bureaucratic to post bureaucratic organizations, which involves a move from organizations based on hierarchies, rules and close supervision to organizations built on loosely structured networks, management by values and visions, self-directed teamwork, and horizontal communication (Mats et al, 2018).
    PHDGENIOUSWRITER | Sep 03, 2018, 05:43 AM
  • There are no changes in the last paragraph. I am ready to assist where you need clarification.
    PHDGENIOUSWRITER | Sep 03, 2018, 05:44 AM
  • I am thankful for your patience. It was a great honor serving you.
