Discussion #1: Philosophy of Teaching & Learning Explain any educational theorist(s) that you utilize in your approach to teaching patients (clinical educator) or students (college/university educator). An example would be Abraham Maslow and others. How do you define the Teaching/Learning process? Discuss your view of the role and responsibilities of the teacher in the learning environment. Discuss your view of the role and responsibilities of the learner in the educational setting. What is your teaching responsibility when working with diverse learners? Consider what you think the relationship is between learner outcomes and evaluation methods. Provide substantial feedback to at least 1 classmate. APA formatting is required for references. You do not need a title page, but references should be included as appropriate. To aid in the formatting of the reference page you may upload a Word document with the reference page.
