n.d means that the reference doesn't have a date attached to it

Please take the latest upload. I noticed errors in the references (it wasn't alphabetically ordered). Its fixed now. Don't worry about the quality of references, the ones with no dates were just used for definitions of the word. The rest were either articles, newspapers, or journals
