I need help in making my resume more effective as well as writing a cover letter.

I need help in making my resume more effective as well as writing a cover letter. I need my resume to be related as much as possible to the ad. You definitely can make-up but plz relate it to the ad and u can add up new things and u can also omit things that you think is not recommended. Please write one cover page applying for the company. PLEASE NOTE that I need this to be done 12 hours from now 11pm PST time zone due Oct 30th 11am PST
