The Readings in Economics is an independent study - the student works under a faculty member, however, the student typically writes a paper without much supervision from the faculty member and since it is not an organized class there are no postings on Blackboard. SinceI teach statistics, I suggest you write a paper about questionnaire construction - this is interesting to most people. You just do secondary research and learn all you can about how to write a questionnaire. You need to include a bibliography with all your sources but I do not care what format (MLA APA etc.) that you use. Once you have learned about constructing a questionnaire, write a paper about the do's and don'ts of questionnaire construction. Typically for 3 hours credit, the paper should be around 30 pages long, however, you can write one about half that length (including bibliography) if you actually design a questionnaire.
