CC: fever, chills, generalized body pain Admit Diagnosis: Fever Associated Diagnosis: Mixed connective tissue disorder pt had three chemo therapy already and will get three in future. i already provide you all these information. pt. looks like having UTI. is in isolation for rhino enrto+ also if u look at the lab her Leukocyte Esterase Positive which should be Negative on 10/12/18. i need all highlighted parts to be read and fixed based on her diagnosis and mediation. I also need psychophysiology of her current medical hx, past hx, and also her family medical hx. if u are done already care plan u know how will be . i have final tomorrow and don't have time to complete. u can return on October 19. is okay but make sure follow rubric please. thanks

Then she discharged from hospital last after cardiac Cath. She came to ER with her parents complaining of facial edema, muscle ache, fatigue. had pain and fever. Then admitted to the pediatric unit on Thursday October 11th, 2018. She is in isolation droplet/ contact. Pt. has active chemotherapy plan. Se is in isolation for Rhino /entro + CC: fever, chills, generalized body pain Admit Diagnosis: Fever Associated Diagnosis: Mixed connective tissue disorder
