i need help to do some discussions questions . i want you to use this book as a reference when you answer the discussions questions " OHair, D., Friedrich, G. W., and Dixon, L. D., (2011). Strategic Communication in Business and the Professions, 7th Edition. Boston, Massachusetts: Allyn and Bacon."
these are the discussion questions:
1.Identify and list the causes of communication failure discussed in the chapter. Provide an example of one these communication failures that you have experienced.

Describe the situation.
What were the results?
How could you avoid repeating the situation in the future?

2.Discuss the criteria for choosing an appropriate channel. Which criteria would be most important in the following situations?

Scheduling a performance review
Doing a performance review
Demonstrating a new product to sales managers
Announcing a new benefits policy

3.What three steps can be helpful in communication with culturally diverse people?
