  • Listen, I’m getting the feeling you don’t understand what I am trying to say to you. The test out online software updates with a green check mark to show that a particular chapter is complete. There are 16 chapters and each chapter has multiple sections. So I can tell which sections in which chapters are done, and so can my instructor. So I will say this to you now, I want to have faith in you, but if by Saturday I don’t see progress updated on the Testout website, I’m going to have to cancel this homework and find someone else. I don’t mean to be short or to rush you, but online it seems that you have not started and my instructor is asking why. I have to have answer if no progress is shown.

  • I still can’t see what section you are in. When you first log in to Testout, you need to open the course outline tab, which on the top left right next to the home button it has 3 dots and 3 lines. Once you open that tab up, you will see on the left there are 16 chapters followed by practice exams at the end of the training. You should be in chapter 1, not in the practice exams. If you haven’t watched any videos of people giving lectures then you are not in the right area. Once again, I asked you in the beginning if you had experience with testout software, you said yes.
