Under Health Indicators, provide epidemiology data to support health issues in the community. Provide leading causes of morbidity and mortality. Discuss the strengths and challenges of the community. Assess the political, religious, educational, health issues, and health care systems within the community. Provide supporting data. The Windshield Survey will include all the following: the town of Stratford CT A cover page. An introduction including the address of the community, the purpose of the survey, and community boundaries. Content pages 5-6 pages. Reference page- must include 4-5 references minimum.

  • No. She hasn't went anything yet. But my friend who did this paper already said that is basically exactly what is on the template. Please follow instructions. Mention address, there is no much public transportation around this city, most people move in cars. Route 91 and merrit parkway are the main routes. Sikorski is important to mention, please use the info that I uploaded. I will try to get the paper my friend did and send it to you. Most nurses with a bachelor degree have done this if that helps.
