I do not have the novel but you can Google a summary of the novel. After reading the novel Everything Good Will Come by Sefi Atta, the students would be able to 1. Write meaningful responses to their understanding of any section of the book, or focus on any theme of their choice 2. Create their stories after reading the novel 3. Work collaboratively on digital storytelling. After reading the novel, re-create the story or any theme of your choice based on the novel, and present as a group. The process of creating the digital story is below. You may choose to do this project by yourself. Remember to record in a quiet place. You may also find more examples of digital storytelling on https://www.storycenter.org

Objectives: After reading the novel Everything Good Will Come by Sefi Atta, the students would be able to 1. You may also find more examples of digital storytelling on https://www.storycenter.org. Follow this process: Step 1: Creating an outline for your story 1. Get together to create an outline based on the story or any theme of your choice, and develop the story. Remember to make the story engaging because this is what you would be recording as you show the pictures. 2. Find pictures that match the story you have created 3.Find music to play along if you choose. 4. Find the technology that you would use to record your story Step 2: Develop your story or narrative Step 3. After developing your narrative, gather your materials. These are pictures, images, music and sound effects that would align with the narrative. Abide by the license requirements for selected images, videos, music and sound effect. You may use (www.freesound.org) or www.jamendo.com For images, you may use Flickr.com or google.com/images Step 4. Once you have finished the above steps, put your work together in a digital story format using any tool of your choice.
