Instruction
The assignment is really simple, its a case comment and the questions are given in the template. I have added the template please download it and use that for the assignment. The Decision: Huruglica v Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), 2014 FC 799. Instructions Assignments must not exceed four (4) type-written pages with a font size of 12 Times New Roman or equivalent. Under no circumstances should the answer to Part C (Comment) exceed one page in length. Use short sentences. Avoid the use of colons and semi-colons. The Assignment: The assignment must be completed in full sentences, using proper grammar and paragraph structure. Point form is not acceptable. Students are not permitted to include quotations from the decisions. Footnotes are not permitted. You must use the template provided. Marks will be deducted for errors in grammar, spelling and presentation, including a result of zero.
