Instruction
Write a program that calculates the checksum for the text in a file. The program should take 2 command line parameters. The 1st parameter will be the name of the input file for calculating the checksum. The 2nd parameter will be for the size of the checksum (8, 16, or 32 bits). The program will generate output to the console (terminal) screen. Link to a zip file with the test data files and a grading rubric, also goes into more detail on the assignment, is included
