I need the 2 attached papers to be reviewed and answer the following qestions. The questions must be answered completely:
1) When you finished reading the paper, what was most striking?
2) What aspect of the paper did you find to be most effective? Why?
3) Are the thesis statement and the limits of the subject made clear? “Say back” what you believe to be the writer’s thesis?
4) Are there good ideas, insights, or a good understanding of the subject?
5) Are the ideas supported enough with examples, evidence, details?
6) Is the paper organized well? What doesn't fit? What do you want to hear more about?
7) Does the paper seem to be a unified whole?
8) Is the reasoning valid or persuasive? Are the conclusions that are drawn by the writer evident and separate from the information derived from the research?
9) Are words, phrases and sentences clear? Are there problems with mechanics: spelling, grammar, punctuation?
10) Are there too many quotations? Not enough?
11) Is there documentation for all material that is not common knowledge or obviously from a research source that is presented as either a direct quotation or a paraphrased passage?
12) Is the author/ page citation inserted correctly?
13) Is the works cited format correct?
