  • HI, In your Objective Observer Story and Safety it looks like you're talking to the group and not just Mr. Right. You don't want to do this. When you have a problem / issue with an employee you want to speak to just them about it. Tell them what you've heard and ask if they can clarify / explain. You left out the `Co-creating Options` block. This is where you would ask him what he was going to do to make sure it didn't happen again and you two would discuss possible options. Also, he would be a person that should go to sexual harassment training. Any time you have something like this in the workplace you need to send the person that did it to training. The company needs to show they did the right thing by giving him the appropriate training. That way if he doesn't change it's his fault. Without training he can claim that the company didn't properly inform him or provide him training. Make the changes please and it should be OK.Thank you for help
