  • Hello, Kindly consider this This is because the share price is within the valuation range given by Interco’s financial advisors, Wasserstein, Perella & Co., of $68-$80 per common share. Secondly, it is unlikely that Interco will find an immediate buyer for its loss making Apparel segment, and even if it finds a buyer, it will take time to get all the relevant approvals. Thus, Interco will continue making losses from its Apparel segment; losses that will continue affecting its cash flows and profitability. As a result, its share price will reduce further in the short term, making it difficult for the board to get a higher offer than the $70 per share being offered by City Capital Associates Limited Partnership
